PRE-SALE TICKET POLICY
Ticket availability is subject to change. Tickets are available at a first come, first serve basis. Pre-sale ticketing through the Fan Club allows the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general public. Not every city may be involved in the pre-sales. Thestellasmusic.com does not control the number of tickets or the specific location of seats that are made available for purchase. Location of seats is not guaranteed and can vary by venue. There are a limited number of seats designated for the Fan Club members at each participating show and they do sell out. Thestellasmusic.com cannot guarantee that all Fan Club members will acquire tickets during the pre-sale.

SHIPPING
Johnny Mac Entertainment (Official Stellas Merchandise) ships all orders through Canada Post. At the time of purchase you will be asked to choose the shipping method that is best for you. Once selected, the shipping cost will be added to your purchase. Delivery times refer to the time your order is in transit after leaving Johnny Mac Entertainment (Official Stellas Merchandise) and are ESTIMATES ONLY. After completing your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. All confirmed orders are shipped out by Friday of each week.
RETURN POLICY
Johnny Mac Entertainment (Official Stellas Merchandise) does not accept returns or exchanges under ANY circumstances. Please note some apparel items may fit small.
